I'm noticing a trend, Muv Luv

Muv Luv Unlimited: The Day After pt. 2, a dramatic re-telling.

I am NEVER drawing chibi characters again!

These characters are Sendou Yuzuka and Tatsunami Hibiki, both from the "Unlimited: The Day After pt. 2" short story (the same story that Melvina is from, though she was in part 1.)

These characters are on my webcam picture on my homepage (if you want to see what they actually look like.) EDIT (lol, they aren't anymore). These forms here are based on their super-deformed images in the obvious-joke scenes of the game.

The trend I see is that, in the original Muv Luv games that starred Takeru, he was ABUSIVE!! He hit Sumika almost every other scene (of course, it was play-hitting, and she'd punch him back, but still...). Hibiki here also wacks Yuzuka in Chronicles.
Takeru walks in on Sumika when she's using the toilet... twice (actually, 4 times. But that gets into the whole time-travel sub-plot.) Hibiki walks in on Yuzuka when she's in the shower.
Sumika does some super-sayan type punch on Takeru multiple times (she calls it a "drill milky punch" after a show they watched when they were little.) Yuzuka never actually goes after Hibiki with the axe, but she does almost [accidentally] kill him with it.

Honestly, playing The Day After pt. 2 just felt like I was watching Takeru and Sumika. The other main character were like clones of the original Akane Maniax cast as well.

Surprisingly, this took a LOT longer to draw/colour than the normal pictures I do. Super-deformed is harder than it looks. ///_=

I finished The Day After pt. 2 a while ago, and I just recently finished Lelouch's short story, the other story in Chronicles vol. 2. Though he's not called Lelouch in the game, it's totally him. There's no getting past that, lol. Seijiro Makabe was his name, if I remember right. He's my new favourite character.
His story is hilarious! It deals with the characters from "Muv Luv: The Euro Front", which is in novel form, just like "Total Eclipse." So, it was nice being able to hear all the character's voices.

Even if you guys wouldn't want to play through the 12 game (soon to be 13 game) KimiIta series, at least play Muv Luv Chronicles vol. 2 for Lulu's short story. XD
(The name of his story is "Alternative Chronicles Adoration"). Without understanding the world these games take place in, you will be confused. However, the jokes dont rely on you having that prior knowledge. Thus, it's hilarious regardless.
